The final goal of assessing the natural hazards in an area is to understand the state of risk and risk mitigation planning. The present report is related to the seismic vulnerability assessment of buildings and lifelines. First of all, the process of gathering the data to build the risk database is presented in the current report. Based on the developed database, the taxonomy is stated. Finally, the exposure models have been built. This process is applied to both buildings and infrastructures
