In this report, according to previous studies, the review and analysis of the urban development situation in Dhaka have been addressed. The brief report attempts to study the various dimensions of urban development. However, the main gap in Dhaka are not limited to quantitative or sectoral data, but a fundamental and intellectual issue, and that is the gap between land use planning and risk considerations in greater Dhaka
