📂 D-01_Final Inception Report of Consultancy Services for Assessing the Current State and Deploying a Web-Based Integrated Information Management System for the Construction Permit System of RAJUK, under Package No. URP/RAJUK/S-7
This Inception Report summarizes the technical approach and methodology, which utilizes four steps within the three main phases of the project: 1) assessment and design, 2) ECP system deployment and testing, and 3) ECP system deployment. Successful completion of this project will benefit RAJUK by reducing permitting time; improve record keeping and archiving of permitting decisions; enhance communication with applicants and other municipal departments; foster higher quality plan submissions and customer service; and improve municipal staff efficiency with less duplication of effort.
