📂 Terms of Reference (TOR) of Consultancy Services for Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of the Component B of Urban Resiliency Project Retrofitting and Building Code for Dhaka, Bangladesh, under Package No. URP/RAJUK/S-5
In prior to any activities to be carried out regarding RSLUP the engagement shall include updating of the existing Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) for Greater Dhaka Metropolitan Development Plan aiming at integration of environmental considerations into the preparation and adoption of plans and programmes with a view on promoting sustainable development goals. This to be achieved by ensuring that an environmental assessment is carried out of certain plans and programmes which are likely to have significant effects on the environment.
